OK, spacebar.org just went back up, so time for a big update:
Yesterday was the first day of school. I don't have any classes on Monday, so my first day begins in about an hour. Here is my schedule for this semester.
I'm TAing 15-212 (section C), which now has its web page at principlesofprogramming.org.
I am sick this weekend, but Rolaids spells Relief.
Perry, Leaf, Jeff, and I are working on a(nother) raytracer in ML for the ICFP. We are Team \f.(\x.f(x x))(\x.f(x x))! Hopefully me getting sick didn't hurt the project too much; the 72-hour contest ends tonight.
Guided By Voices, my favorite band, are playing in Pittsburgh! They'll be at the somewhat tiny Beehive castle-shaped hipster hangout. This happens three days after the 100-song Suitcase compilation comes out, so I'll be on GBV overload that week.
We're having a bunch of other awesome concerts this semester, mostly thanks to Karthik. |
