I uploaded two new old songs called "Theme from Brains (two)" and "Theme from 15-213" to my page at mp3.tom7.org. They'll appear on the page whenever they get around to Authorizing 'em.
I have a new page at mp3.com, which has many of the mp3's in my Tom 7 MP3s collection, but also some new ones. But here you have the ability to stream them, download low- or hi-fi versions, as well as read descriptions. Check it out.
I should also point out that I think they pay me some small amount for every download/play. So this is a nice way for me to give out my silly songs for free!
(Update in 2008: mp3.com is long dead to me. Long live mp3.tom7.org!)
New MP3s in the Tom 7 MP3 Gallery. Enjoy Theme from Niv Study Bible (with tricky 11/4 bridge) and Yellow (based on the backwards version of an old song called Theme From Shady Alley).
Another new MP3 to my Tom 7 MP3s page. This one is Theme From Design Patterns, which is one of the few respectable pieces of literature from the object-oriented programming languages community.
I put up "Theme from Matt Armistead" in the Tom 7 MP3s section. Theme from Matt's Dad isn't so good and will probably never be heard ... but rest assured that it is written.
Actually, while I was at it I added a few real new songs, digitized for the first time. This included "Theme from Java" and "Theme from SML" -- I think these songs are a great metaphor for these two languages. Compare the hokey, broken melody of Theme From Java to the somber elegance of Theme From SML. Note that SML delivers its ultimate punch with softness...
I just fixed the horrible digital clipping on a few songs in my Tom 7 MP3 Collection. I also added a very short song (a cover, really) called "Megaman -- Go!".
