NEW: Tom 7 Radar (31 Mar 2000 at 20:26)

This is the first entry in the Tom 7 Radar system, and appropriately enough, it announces the Tom 7 Radar system itself.

Sometimes a long time goes between site updates at all of my various sites. Sometimes updates are tucked away in hidden corners. Sometimes I'm not updating at all because I'm engaged in some other non-computer or non-web project. Tom 7 Radar (also known as Stalkertron 2000) is to let everyone know what I'm up to so they know I'm not slacking off. I know someone is keeping track somewhere...
