Hooray, my internet finally worked continuously long enough to upload this file. It's another video from us playing last weekend in Abe's basement:



We found out after writing this song last year that there's also a band called Airborne Toxic Event; don't be confused! The phrase of course comes from DeLillo's fine specimen White Noise. I like this song a lot but we haven't recorded it yet, so live or live video or live mp3 is the only way.

I almost thought this was gonna be the other airplane song at first, but this one's great too. These videos and the live recording are all awesome, I love the speed changes and the intimate version of I Get Crunk. Are there any other recordings of the 3 (?) other as-yet-unposted songs?

I tried to read White Noise several times, but my addled post-Web 2.0 brain was unable to stay focused on it for more than 5 minutes at a time.

I wish Mark Leyner would stop pretending that he's David Feldman. Maybe War, Inc. is good.

Really? That book is strangely divisive among my friends. I don't understand why, though it has been a while since I've read it.

I agree with you on Leyner. I don't know if his old style is still salable but I am not into the popular press doctor stuff in basically any way.
