2001: A '2001: A ____ Odyssey' Jokes Odyssey

Well, just a week left of winter vacation. I thought I'd be working on projects like snoot.org, aphasia, and webqueue. But, as usual with my fickle ambitions, I've found myself working on completely different stuff.
I made a Quake III Arena map with my brother Mike 1. He is back at Bulldog U now, engineering some mechanisms.
I got a set of oil paints for christmas, so I'm learning just how long it takes for Cerulean Blue to dry...
On the programming front, I've just learned how to create VST Plugins. It is pretty fun, and might result in some fun new sounds for my various musical projects. Marc 3 and I are creating a set of anti-plugins known as SUPER DESTROY-fx. Page to hit the interweb soon.
At work we are learning the ridiculously tepid Microsoft VirusBasic Script to deploy some e-solutions. Check out what my search engine queries look like:

Yet despite all the acronyms, it's easy enough to almost be fun. Maybe I'll learn some lessons for aphasia prototype 2 (actually, probably not).
Of course, I've found time to hang out with my pals, advance the state of the art with Spastic Moose, sled into some trees, eat some sushi and fancy pizza, and help finish a 100th Comic. |  |
