Leibniz is "Tom -7"?

According to the Mathematical Genealogy Project, I've got some pretty famous ancestors. (This is by student/advisor relationship.) Viz:
Murphy - Harper/Crary - Constable - Kleene - Church - Oswald Veblen - EH Moore - HA Newton - Michel Chasles - Poisson - Lagrange - Euler - Johan Bernoulli - Jacob Bernoulli - Leibniz - ?
Maybe the lambda calculus and the calculus of variations (ie, high school calculus) have some relation after all...

Wow, pretty cool ancestry. Alas, my ancestry is no longer impressive. |

Woah, cool math-linky site. Although I didn't have a math advisor (only a comp sci one), my Calc III (or was it Calc II?) professor's advisor ancestry also branches from Oswald Veblen et al.
OOh, I feel like remixing Cactus Hand from Examine Machines & Enrich. |

I think the upcoming 100th AAD is a good occasion to put AAD no. 1 Spastic Moose - Then Come The Chunks online.
Don't you? :-)

I'd love to, but Marc has the tapes and has been promising to mix it for years... |
