I am nice

Recently I've done a lot of charity illustration for projects I'm not really involved in. First I made a logo and then DARPAified diagram for a new project that advisor Karl and officemate William are doing. (Disclaimer: It is universally agreed that the content of the second diagram (not my idea) is totally lame.) Today I made three drawings of robots for the CORAL group at CMU, which I have even less to do with. But drawing robots is pretty fun! (I really like the way the aibodog came out, of all these drawings.)
More importantly, I have just surpassed 40,000 words in my novel. I still have 600 words to go for my quota today, but 40k is an important psychological barrier. Unfortunately, I am a bit behind on illustrations; I had planned to have a lot more than I do (only 12 so far). But it looks like I will be done in time to create a bunch before nanowrimo ends on Dec 1. | |

Yeah, but the second diagram looks totally cool. In fact, they all do! :) |
I did an aibo drawing once for Robocup... I was told to incorporate a "pack" concept, so I made it look more animal like, so it actually looked nothing like an aibo. But the sentiment was there. |
