Happy Noob Day (26 Dec 2004 at 18:20)

Merry Christmas to those that celebrate this thing. I had an enjoyable and relaxing time in Connecticut, up until this morning, when I started puking for the last twelve hours. This is my least favorite kind of ailment.

On Tuesday we are heading back to Pittsburgh, where I will take a New Years even flight to California to visit the girlfriend's family. I really hope I am better by then.

Yesterday was noob day (a day, like Christmas, when there is a huge influx of new, bad players) in Half-Life 2, so I had a really good time killing them all.

Tomorrow, stomach permitting, a bunch of friends from pittsburgh who are in CT this break will meet up at my house for a pilgrimage to Pepe's pizza. I have heard ominous rumors (essentially due to one person) that Pepe has gotten less good, so I am slightly worried about that. I trust them.

Expect some time to get better. I had the same puke thing just two weeks ago, and it took me about 5 days before I ate some hot food again.
