The Most Beautiful Font Ever Constructed (14 Jan 2005 at 16:49)
The Most Beautiful Font Ever Constructed
Witness the most beautiful font ever conceived, "Untitled.font." It was created by Adam and Jason and Tom 7 and Heather and Dug and Jeff at D's Six Pax and Dogz on January 13, 2005. Don't delay -- put this in your Windows Microsoft right away.

Yes, maximum beauty. My Windowsing System felt incomplete without it.

Also, I'm happy that it is a constructively valid font, having been constructed.

Although it's obviously a gimmicky font, it's right brace} looks like it could be the basis for a nice looking "normal" font.

Now you can use it as your Windows default menu font.

But the text needs to be much bigger. This font is "larger than life."

Awesome font! I typed out all the characters and made it into a poster. And I liked the little currency sign that said, "How did you find me?" :)

jcreed (pool-141-158-127-180.pitt.east.verizon.net) – 01.16.05 21:25:37
Historical footnote: (for best results imagine this text at the bottom, in a tiny font, and covered in the dust of ages) The "How did you find me?" glyph was actually drawn by tom in the box for codepoint u+007f, but I moved it to somewhere printable so that it might actually be found. Congratulations! You win... a trip to the eyeball store? That can't be right.

Yeah, you can put it in your OSX Windows if you want, just drag the ttf into your system folder.

Huh, okay. In OS 9 you used to drag them into the system folder (though windows style TTFs didn't work then), which always confused me, since dragging them into the fonts folder didn't seem to work.
