Loved the song. Had a tangentially related story that I had to share about eating and uts. Luckily no anaphylaxis though.

When my daughter was younger, we would sometimes force her to eat her vegetables. She would try to wash them down with milk and inevitably gag. For some reason, she began to describe this event as "ut in the cup". As in, "If you make me eat that soup I'll ut in my cup!"

This may become our dinner time theme song!

Whoa, this is so good. Damn. T7ES is on track for world domination at this point.

Nice! The atmospheric beginning and eventual ramp-up remind me a lot of the FTL soundtrack. Steam says you haven't played it - might be worth checking out, even if just for the music. Game itself is pretty good too, a kind of mini, modern roguelike-in-space.

Thanks guys!

Yeah, I was hoping to do an AAD over the December vacation, but I got mega sick with 'flu and I still haven't recovered enough to sing. It's okay, it's just a year!

Yeah!! This is hilarious, such a great use of the theme. I love the little marks above the players' heads. (Just noticed the (c) 1984, nice.) Good thing you don't have to play legit cause I have yet to score an actual goal myself. My team and I had a lot of fun doing the LD jam again too.

Side note: will 2012 go by without a Tom 7 AAD?!?!

Hey, Tom 7. I am making a game that is similar to this but has modified rule engine. Do you allow me to distribute my game?

Why? Just curious... ctrl-i sets your default solution so why delete the others. I often find the earlier attempts useful.

You can use the bookmarks menu (when playing the level, press b) and then delete all your bookmarks (solutions are bookmarks too). I don't think you can delete your rating.

Is there any way of clearing your data for a level? Say the number of moves it took you to complete it or something?

11536. Anonymous (98.127.229.74) – 09 Dec 2012 22:47:58 Bathroom? Mushroom! ]
I found a lasagna looking mushroom today, growing in the carpet in the closet.
I noticed a wet spot on the carpet leading to the hallway and I wasn't sure why the carpet was damp/wet. So I started looking at the hot water heater and noticed that one of the lines had some leaking; not a lot of leaking, but leaking.
The closet is right next to the hot water heater closet.

I pulled back a plastic, storage bag, to see if the carpet was wet; the carpet next to the hot water heater; and that is when I noticed a white lasagna looking mushroom growing, in the carpet. It grossed me out and I feel terrible to think that I could have such a problem.

I left the mushroom alone and took a few photos of it. I did get the water leak fixed and noticed already the mushroom appears to be dying; it's been about 8 hours of no water dripping.

Hopefully this will stop the mushroom from coming back. The wood is old in this home and there have been water leaks in the past.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with mushrooms growing up from the floor.

Nonetheless, it's embarrassing to have such a problem.

I live in Central Texas. We have a lot of humidity here. I was cleaning the bathroom about a month ago and noticed something strange on the floor between my vanity sink and the toilet. I touched it and it was slimy. I left it and told my hubby the next morning about it and he took it out by using a flat shovel. Then this morning I saw another one growing between the tub and the plastic strip we installed next to the tub. They are almost white with a hint of a yellow color to them and the tops are round and kinda flat in the middle. I am going to try that TKO If I can find it. Thank God I am not the only one having this problem. I just hope they are not a health risk for us.

I'm also in basketball, track, marching band, foreign language club.

I can write more updates, sorry. :) My progress has been kind of slow, but I am still working on it, and I always upload the records to pac.tom7.org (see "graphics") so you could peek at that. The short story is that I mostly just have 2 large neighborhoods on the north side to finish, and then a few runs' worth of cleanup. Getting close...

You seem to never write Pac Tom updates. We can't tell how many neighbourhoods are still closed. Do you want to keep us in the dark till you surprise us with the “achievement unlocked” message?

Sorry, there has been a bug with the comment system for quite some time that occurs randomly (there are randomized countermeasures in the form code to try to elude spambots). I fixed two things that might have been causing it. Let me know if you see it again!

Everybody: Thanks! :)

Judging by the number of new levels uploaded over the years, interest in the game has dropped considerably in recent times. We live in an age of social networking, playing a game (which I consider the best of it's genre) from the 1990s. Maybe it needs to be a little less impersonal: Who are we? Who am I playing against?

It reminds me of N7DOTs attempt at a global collaborative level, an idea probably doomed to failure, but on a smaller scale could work. N7DOT had great level ideas, imagine if they could have been modded before they got spoiled.

How about for starters, making the Facebook page a proper group? The days of an internet full of anonymous nerdy geezers anonymously playing geeky games have passed, but it feels like I am still there.
