I dunno, there's something about giving in to the heat that makes it less hellish, like when it's raining and you're like fuck it and you let yourself get completely soaked. You know? To me doing some strenuous stuff and sweating like crazy is the most effective way of dealing with really big heat.

ahyeh, you were going backwards :P

my car's air conditioning is kind of spotty, and that feels kind of hellish, but it's probably nothing compared to running 21 miles in 95 degrees with 80% humidity..

Of course I am escaping the ampersand, but you can probably paste UTF-8 right into this textbox?

Not in Pittsburgh. We drove to Assateague off the coast of Maryland.

That didn't work.

Unicode test: I like Pittsburgh, because I need my ☂.

Why get rid of the shroomies? they give the house character and a certain charm!

Hmm, 4:45 on 5th sounds right, but I was definitely headed uptown at that time, and feeling like death.

yes, pac-tom sighting! around 4:45, along fifth ave near the cathedral, maybe? on your way -- and ours -- towards downtown.

Ok great. One minor issue, the button is "pushed" not "pressed"

Yeah, I'm not holding my breath for good Unicode support in emacs, but I was mildly sad that I had to settle for some conservative "weird" glyphs that are likely to be in your fonts. Patches absolutely welcome.

Sweet. This is a very important mode. Once Unicode 5.2 is released, and once Unicode is working correctly in Emacs, you'll be able to represent the hieroglyphics more accurately.

My simulated Dharma Intiative breaks from coq hacking have been very satisfying.

I almost wish it did destroy all my buffers - then I'd be afraid to fool around.

Or maybe I'd just play emacs tetris instead of reading blogs.

im glad i found this page..that picture looks like what popped up in my bathroom today (except mine had stems) they werent there this morning....

i plucked it up and flushed it, and poured bleach in the space (between the floor and tub)

after reading here, i also poured salt along the edge of the bathtub beginning in the corner where the mushrooms grew.
im going to tear the tile out. its old anyway, and needs replacing. hopefully the mold problem isnt too bad.

thanks for posting. :)
