I do have the old version, if ever.

Found a weird looking mushroom growing out of the grout in the bathtub / shower. Its flesh toned and kind of translucent, like pig skin. The cap seems to have inverted, folding in half towards the top. It looks like a crazy mutant fleshroom! :X

Hi.

I'm making a few short videos for a commercial website and would love to use one or two of your pieces. Only trouble is that I can't put any credits on it. Is it ok for me to use it if I send you a link to the finished videos?

I'll try to fix it! I don't have an old version, unfortunately. Does anybody? If so I can make it available on the site or even replace the current broken release.

Yes, ice is classic. Hard to implement in escape (at least if blocks can be on it, which is natural), unfortunately. The next priorities aren't animation or sound, but a reworking of the level selection menu, which is dying under the massive set of levels currently in triage. Some of it is already done, but arg, so many things to take up my attention! :) When you're 30 you'll understand.

Well, the corresponding author is not marked in the paper.

I was at my boyfriend a few nights ago and went to the bathroom and as I sat there peeing, I noticed a thin, long-stemmed mushroom with a flat cap about the size of a nickel growing beside his bathtub (the linoleum has come loose where it meets the tub). I was so freaked out I couldn't pee fast enough to get the heck outta there to go get him and let him see for himself. He, too, was shock and a bit embarrassed. Well, 24 hrs later, I come down with a very sore throat, both ears throbbing with pain, swollen glands and a sinus infection - outta nowhere! I hadn't been feeling the least bit sick before. I think that bathroom and the fungus among us is the reason I am sick. I think I'll be staying at home for a while until he fixes this issue.

Darn. I have the same problem as Kirima, updated on my Tiger iMac, and it won't open the game. If you don't have time to fix it, can you at least make the previous version available for redownload? I can't recover the old version. Should have looked at this page first, but didn't.

I'm not all that interested in new animations or sound, but if you're considering new tiles, I would be excited to see some. I remember my favorite tile from Chip's Challenge was "ice", where you slide in the original direction you left from and can't stop or change direction unless you reach a block or a curved edge tile.

30 is not old! I have to tell myself that since I will reach that age soon.

Mushrooms generally grow on decomposing wood in damp conditions, they don't need sunlight. There is probably some pieces of wood under the tiles somewhere that had been naturally inoculated with mushroom spores before the wood was used to build the apartment....it's damp down there, and they're just growing away...

They look like oyster mushrooms by the way, very edible and yummy too. Haha, bathroom oyster mushrooms, wouldn't be eating them for lunch!

Ok, I figured out the first part and then I made it to the "thanks for playing" screen without too much trouble. Hopefully I didn't spoil the new version too much. Cool game, will have to explore it more after the new version.

Hey they havent done a study on this! Its called Peziza domiciliana! It can grow anywhere! i have it growing in my basement in the blocks! It needs water or dampness to grow!! Unless your allergic to mold spores!

In the functional perl paper, the python code at the start of section 2 is a syntax error: it has a def with no colon.

I have a mushroom growing in my shower also. My husband and I are both sick and I'm wondering if it is related to this matter. If anyone knows anything about if we can get sick from this please let me know.

Yes, you win :) the other game is much, much better. I recommend playing through it, but wait for version 1.4 (coming this weekend probably). It's not actually that hard to execute, mostly puzzle.

I guess when I get to the third screen, I win? I can't find anywhere to land.

I played your other game but I kept dying very early on, so I stopped playing it.

I'm going to bet that "Sharky" is a reference to Sharky the sharkdog from saturday morning cartoon Eek the Cat. When you mentioned the shark costume to me, that is immediately what came to mind. But I didn't mention it because the reference is too obscure. It would be like referencing "Damn Gina!" from the TV-series Martin starring Martin Lawrence which coincidentally was aired contemporaneously with Eek.

"Land Shark" as a meme really has legs, I guess. I had heard the phrase, and internalized the dangerousness and hilariousness of a land-roaming shark, but had no idea that it came from SNL until just now.
