WRITING-510
as a senior ihave a 2.8 gpa & i do believe i will push past the 3.0 at semester end. my dream school is San Diego State University. Do i have a chance?

Is 650 considered a bad SAT II score of Japanese?
I'm really disappointed in my score since I plan on majoring in Japanese.
I thought I actually did well on the test, but I guess not. QQ |

We moved into our house 2 years ago. Have a wood cathedral ceiling in living room. We saw black mold on ceiling near fireplace a year ago. Had to patch roof near chimney, then had wood w/mold removed and sprayed beneath, new wood ceiling put up. Just noticed a mushroom growing in corner of ceiling and fireplace. ugh! |

I have one mushroom growing in my bathroom in Australia, It appears every few weeks and lets the BLACK SPORE stuff all around it on the tiles, We have poured bleach and other chemicals on it to try and kill it but nothing works.. Please Help? |

OMG! Its so good to see other people experience this! But IDK if other people have my exact issue. MUSHROOMS GROWING OUT OF DRAIN.
I have had issues with my sink drain for years, but usually drain-o treatment puts a bandaid on it until it slows again.
Well to my surprise, today as I watched the water drain down, I noticed something peaking out of the sink hole. Using a toothpick, I poked it and realized its rubbery! After digging it out I realized it was a MUSHROOM!! YUCK! How the heck does a mushroom grow in a bathroom sink!
It was beyond disgusting and smelled awful.
My dad has been denying my recommendations to call the plumber since the slow drain will not get better. NOW I think I stand a pretty good case since its so clogged that forms of Life are growing and feeding off of the clog!
Anyone else run into this? |

Anyways, I was thinking: Radioactive blocks.
Radioactive blocks act like lasers, but they can be pushed by bots (they can't be pushed by the player except as their first turn, if they start right next to one. they can't get close enough at any other time).
This could be interesting. |

uhm i have a question what im a junior who is aiming for goood schools and ivies
(john hop,columbia,brown yale,boston uni, university of mass-amherst, james madison,pennstate and university of pennsylvannia)
and i have a 94.88 gpa but i know i can make it a 95 or 96 and go from 3.9 to 4.0
also ive taken every ap class offered to me at my school my school doesn't rank but i know im in the top 10 percentile
i'm in national honor society, key club, a club that helps stop cancer and volleyball
and i got a 1300 on my psat and i wasn't trying could i get a 2000 on the real one and possibly get into my top choice schools
(take in mind i started taking practice test a couple of days ago and with no practice im already scoring 100pts higher on each section)
and also i took my psats this year really serious and i think i did fairly well(haven't recieved results yet)
anything would be helpful thankyou

I never had mushroom issues until a few months after my new roommate moved in. Lived here for 3 years with no fungal/mushroom issues. Then he moves in, and 2 months later, mushrooms start appearing around the shower.
I'm not sure if he's growing them because he's a pot head and wants to branch out to shrooms, of if it's because he's messy in the bathroom and somehow manages to get everything wet after taking a shower. |

Just found a mushroom by my tub! I see this mushroom converstation started in 05..... has anyone concluded if they are dangerous? We aren't dirty people - not pristine - but this is crazy! I have a one year old taking baths in this tub. He LOVES to splash!!! How bad is our situation? How unhealthy is this? I'm afraid if I call the mold police, they are going to tell me the absolute worst and blow it out of proportion so they can charge me huge amounts of money that I do not have. Advice? |
