Thanks! I think they're super-sub-awesome, just sub-super-awesome.

Good luck! Don't worry, slides can be sub-awesome but still super-adequate for a defense. It's just another talk, so have fun with it and you'll be fine.

Yeah, good luck. I was hoping to come, but it's not in the cards. (It was never a very realistic hope.)

Good luck on your defense tomorrow! I'm sure you'll kick ass!

I opened my closet this past weekend only to find what I thought to be a pasta noodle, so I picked it up and threw it out, in the back of my mind wondering how in god's name it got there! I checked my closet again today (wednesday) and noticed several more "noodels".. which I later reazlied were mushrooms. There is a gigantic one (about 4 inches in diameter) and several other smaller ones around it. I'm just wondering if these "noodle" mushrooms are dangerous to my health?

The new site I am working on does not require me to manually paste every one in, yeah...

Peziza vesiculosa - the pasta pig ear waxy one is what I've found in my bathroom - I'm off home tonight to pull up the carpet and shake a tonne of salt about the place with the windows open and a full radiation suit on. Seriously though, it doesn't say they are harmless, but they are defnitely not edible!! ewww...

Can't believe that there are so many peole on here (but at least I don't feel so icky anymore) I'm more concerned that the "juice" they're growing from is probably my loo!

That thing still exists? Holy crap art.

I think we need a community-based AAD site now. Maybe a messageboard where people post their new albums.

Steve, the best way to get a hint is to leave a comment on the particular level you're interested in. You can also browse the comments for those levels to see if there has been a hint already, but I think most players like to suffer through it themselves. ;)

Hi Tom7 - Thank you for making this "Escape" game - I had written to you about 4 years ago with some issues I had. Four years later, I have 599 puzzles solved (out of the 943) -- Is there any page I could be sent with some hints? Some of these boards have driven me bonkers over the years. Thank you again - Steve

Yeah, AAD is severely lagging. I will do it!

I've read about 75% of these postings and pretty much have to say the same things:
1. Just found one 10 minutes ago.
2. Wife and I are freaked out.
3. Have young kid who uses that shower also.
4. Worried about health risks and repairs $$$$$.
5. I can't believe this is the first time I'm ever hearing or seeing this!

Whomever put this page together... Thanks.

The statically-linked binaries should work on any distribution, but I've heard reports that some newer Linux versions don't, so your mileage may vary.

The source package has a makefile and the file HACKING describes how to compile.

There's not a debian package and no makefile -- how do I play?

"Stalkertron 2008"?

Yeah, you WISH I were stalking you. Dream on, Tom!

Thanks!

Style is just how much the rater likes the level. This is the most subjective, I think.
Rigidity is whether the level has a lot of solutions (is "loose") or few (is "tight").

Cool game! I discovered it just a couple of weeks ago, and am still playing level 1 difficulty (mostly). But what are the other ratings about? Like what is style? and rigidity (although I can sort of figure that out)?

As Mike mentioned, comments were busted for this new entry. No longer! Game on.

I took the SATs and got a 1720 the second time and have a 3.8 GPA (unweighted). I got accepted to the University of Oregon which is a really great place and geuss what! They don't even look at your SAT scores. They just want you to take them. I'm sure there are plenty of places around you guys that are great Universities and don't require a great score. Don't give up hope!

I'd also like to say that this game is unreal and you are rad for making it. I think the whole world can benefit from games like these - simple and good for the mind.

Cheers!
