UPD: New Art (20 May 2000 at 22:40)

I put up a new drawing in New Art, a drawing of Utena from "Revolutionary Girl Utena". She's doing some sort of unprecedented magic move; who knows. By the way, I recommend this anime series (which was directed by the same guy as Sailor Moon).

Quake 3 Fortress (16 May 2000 at 13:34)

"Q3F" is a relatively new modification for Quake 3 Arena. It's a port of Quakeworld's Team Fortress to the spectacular Quake 3 engine. It's still in beta, but this is an *extremely great* mod. I've been playing it a lot recently -- last week I was ranked 195 in the world on The CLQ! (I'm 45 so far this week!)

Anyway, if you're a fan of 1st Person Shooters, this is definitely one to check out.

Not only have I put a bunch of new CDs in my CD List (which I do all the time without saying anything here) but I've added a new feature: live statistics on my CD buying habits.

Week 'o Work contd. (01 May 2000 at 21:32)

Well, I'm still tremendously busy, but I managed to finish:

- basically all my responsiblities for 15-211 until it comes time to grade the exam and last project

- basically everything for Software Engineering (I wrote a cool program to convert Quake 3 maps into a format usable by our project -- in ML, of course)

- almost 2 of the 4 LaTeX'd notes I have to do for Type Directed Compilation

- Went to the grad school info session

- Made posters for our Don Caballero and Apples In Stereo shows this week

ARrr! Still lots left. Back to work....
