Aww yeah! Got my Gameboy Piracy Device (And "GB Vibrate" 64Mb cart) today from the UFO guys in Hong Kong. Can't wait to get home from work and play with it.
My tetris clone is coming along well, so I'll probably have a web page up soon. |

q3con now reports overall server statistics and statistics by map (and is 8 to 10 times faster than the previous version). You can see the new stats for my server at quake.snoot.org.
My server has had over 400,000 frags! |

| My quake stats package now does live statistics, printing out a list of player frags/deaths/caps at the end of each round! The new program 'q3live' is of course included in q3con's CVS repository. |

Gameboy

Well, my new (probably short-term, as usual) obsession is with programming the Nintendo Gameboy. I ordered a RAM cart and writer from the somewhat shady CD64 folks in Hong Kong. But they're a lot less shady than most of the other places that sell this kind of stuff. (It's supposed to get here in about 2 weeks). In the meantime I've been using an awesome emulator called "rew" to test my creations.
I think my first project (to learn...) will be a freeware clone of Tetris, since I don't have that for my Gameboy. After that I'll try to make something original. =) |

I've updated stats at quake.snoot.org. Individual statistics now include totals for all categories. I've also made a message board for the quake server.
My statistics package and tools are now checked into CVS at sourceforge! They're not done, but you can check out the code from here if you want to try it Right Now. |
